Wardens are told to ignore any hand written pieces of paper inserted into the windscreen area as these are not official and will not show up in the photograph and to go ahead and issue a Ticket (PCN) regardless.
Once the correct details are entered onto the DashBoard Advisor (DBA), it becomes an official advisor to whom it may concern. This could be:
• A member of the public if you have had to block their drive, or
• A warden if you are loading, unloading or legally parked outside a job
